Underwhelming stay. Several issues noted

stained quilt lukewarm water

The quilt had heavy stains, though the cover tried to hide it. i also noticed food debris and dust near the bed frame. hot water was only lukewarm most mornings. Only one morning had hot water. the noise from other rooms was a problem one night. It disturbed my sleep.

The room was large. It was also kept really clean. The location worked great for me (close to all amenities).

The shower was not the hottest. When you first walk into the hotel, a damp smell is noticeable. The bathroom also had a sewage odor.

The location was great. It was close to the station and nightlife.

The staff seemed rude. Every time I asked for the room to be cleaned, they said they would do it, but they NEVER did. The shower temperature fluctuated, freezing one minute, boiling the next.

helpful staff great location super clean room damp smell missing wardrobe towel space

A lady named dee was very helpful. she could not do more to assist me. my room was super clean. the location was great. The beach was just around the corner.

the room lacked a wardrobe. there was only a shelf with hangers beneath it. i noticed a damp smell because of the lack of ventilation. the bathroom had nowhere to hang a towel.

early check-in occurred. it made my arrival stress free. the room and general hotel were immaculate. i ordered a birthday cake. the host safely delivered the cake to the room while i was out.
