The location was great. It was close to the station and nightlife.

The staff seemed rude. Every time I asked for the room to be cleaned, they said they would do it, but they NEVER did. The shower temperature fluctuated, freezing one minute, boiling the next.

the hotel is a short walk from the north station. this location is convenient if you use public transport. the communication prior arrival was clear. early check-in was approved, made arrival stress-free. i ordered a birthday cake and the host delivered it earlier in the day.

the hot water was not hot from the sink or shower, it was merely warm.

A lady named dee was very helpful. she could not do more to assist me. my room was super clean. the location was great. The beach was just around the corner.

the room lacked a wardrobe. there was only a shelf with hangers beneath it. i noticed a damp smell because of the lack of ventilation. the bathroom had nowhere to hang a towel.

early check-in occurred. it made my arrival stress free. the room and general hotel were immaculate. i ordered a birthday cake. the host safely delivered the cake to the room while i was out.
