Fantastic Stay with Excellent Amenities!

The complimentary shuttle service to the mall was useful. It made shopping trips easy. My room had a wonderful decor. The detail was very noticeable. Also. I enjoyed the variety at breakfast. I was happy with my experience. The staff was friendly. They were always happy to assist.
The shower was large. though it lacked water pressure!

The gym has sufficient equipment! including several treadmills and stationary bikes. The rooftop pool offers amazing city views. It has a dedicated bar for refreshments. Guests can find a comfortable spot in the shaded sections.

The hotel is near the Gold Souq metro station. This provides easy access to city attractions! The surrounding area is lively. Offering a blend of local shops, cafes, and markets. Getting around without a car is simple.

The hotel is located close to the airport. The room was nice and neat. The rooftop swimming pool exists. It looked lovely to me.
The breakfast felt disorganized to me, and its food selection seemed poor. The beef sausage tasted bad. The coffee machine often served burnt beans.

The daily complimentary shuttle to Kite Beach and the shopping center was very useful. I loved the Friday seafood dinner. The food was AMAZING!!! The breakfast selection provided high quality options. I especially liked that the hotel offered daily complimentary rides to the Kite Beach and Dubai Mall.

the shower lacked pressure , that was disappointing. room service seemed subpar for a hotel of this supposed level , i had to wait quite a while after requesting the room to be cleaned. the food prices were high and the quality was not great , so i was not satisfied with that aspect of my stay.

The fitness center includes three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and weight machines. The rooftop pool area have twenty loungers and a shaded section. I find the pool well maintained and clean .
