excellent breakfast top floor gym lovely view dirty carpet old furniture bath stains
the breakfast was excellent. it provided everything i expected (i loved the fresh pastries). the top floor gym was surprisingly well equipped. the pool provided lovely views.
the carpet was dirty when i checked in. it wasn't clean (a real letdown). there were stains on the bath. they looked like damage, not dirt. the furniture is old and requires maintenance.

i really appreciated the attentive staff . abdul and the team were great to ensure i was comfortable each day. they assisted with various requests, from room amenities to helping with deliveries. the service i received felt personalized and really good!!!

Romantic Stay with Burj Khalifa Views
beautiful view friendly staff underground garage
The studio offered everything we needed and presented a beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa. I found parking convenient and free in the underground garage. The staff was friendly and approachable. I felt welcomed throughout my stay.
The wait time for room service was longer than expected. I had to call multiple times before someone answered, causing unnecessary delays.

The hotel boasts a well-equipped gym on the top floor. It features modern equipment for a complete workout. The pool area includes comfortable loungers, perfect for relaxation. There is also a shaded section near the pool.
