the breakfast was excellent. it provided everything i expected (i loved the fresh pastries). the top floor gym was surprisingly well equipped. the pool provided lovely views.
the carpet was dirty when i checked in. it wasn't clean (a real letdown). there were stains on the bath. they looked like damage, not dirt. the furniture is old and requires maintenance.

The studio offered everything we needed and presented a beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa. I found parking convenient and free in the underground garage. The staff was friendly and approachable. I felt welcomed throughout my stay.
The wait time for room service was longer than expected. I had to call multiple times before someone answered, causing unnecessary delays.
