i found the reception staff helpful, particularly sunanda. nishi and ismail provided good service. the hotel includes a big swimming pool, a feature i used.
The room's facilities felt old, and i didn't think it was cleaned properly. there was dust on the curtain, which bothered me. The mini bar didn't work. i had problems with the hot water too!
