I appreciated the prompt attention from the housekeeping supervisors (imran, waris, and irfan). They ensure everything is up to standard. the front desk staff (ram and dora) were also very helpful and experienced. i also want to mention ali and abdulsalam, the bellhops, for their cute attitude.

the gym equipment showed some wear and tear.

The housekeeping staff, inaam and ateeq, kept my room super clean and provided fresh towels daily. The supervisor, waris, checked on the room each day to ensure everything was perfect. receptionist dora, maya, and alaa were very attentive.

the location was convenient for getting around.

the room was quite disappointing. the bathroom sink was clogged, it drained very slowly. the kettle was also broken, so i couldn't even make a cup of tea.
