Comfortable Stay Near Al Rigga

The hotel's location is fantastic. It is right next to the Al Rigga station on the main road. Many stores and restaurants are within easy reach. This provided a lot of convenience. I found the buffet breakfast to be very good. It had an excellent range of choices. I really liked the room. It was spacious and clean with comfortable beds and fresh linens and towels.

The room seemed a bit old.

The hotel is very close to the metro. This made touring around really convenient. There are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel, so I found everything I needed nearby.

The staff at the hotel were very accommodating. They listened to my requests with kindness. Vijay, who takes care of the swimming pool, is amazing. He is very helpful and works hard to keep the area clean for everyone's comfort.

the staff was accommodating and helpful , i appreciate their assistance.

the room needed an upgrade badly there was only one electrical socket available which was quite inconvenient since i had multiple devices to charge the rubbish bin in the toilet was also broken making it difficult to use i found hair in the bathroom so cleanliness was questionable.

The location is great, close to the al rigga metro! shops were open till late, even some 24/7. the staff was nice. The cleaners, especially mohd ejaz, were friendly.

My room needed an upgrade. there was only one electrical socket. the rubbish bin in the toilet was broken. i had to use my hand to open the lid. That wasn't great at all!

the hotel's proximity to al rigga metro station IS a great advantage for exploring. i found it easy to access various tourist spots along the red line. stores and restaurants around the hotel operate at all hours so late-night shopping was possible. staff members, especially ejaz, were very helpful and ensured my comfort.

i noticed that the gym was not always open on time . this was INCONVENIENT as it disrupted my workout schedule. it would be beneficial if the gym hours were more consistent.

the buffet had limited choices , but i enjoyed the fresh egg station. it offered a good start to the day, and the service was generally quick. the chef prepared custom omelets according to my liking.

the hotel offers a free covered parking , which is a significant advantage given the paid parking. the wifi in the rooms was excellent , i had no problems staying connected. rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard.
