The hotel provided a shuttle service to Festival City Mall. It was very convenient. I found the room spacious. Parking my car in the garage was straightforward. The location is GREAT for a city trip, close to the airport. Breakfast was AMAZING!!!

I found the check-in smooth. Jairus at reception was helpful and polite. My room was clean and well-kept, just what I needed. I particularly appreciated the convenient location. It suited my travel plans. The service exceeded my expectations.
I noticed the parking lot had a slight odor. It wasn't a major issue, but it was noticeable when entering and exiting the hotel.
