the staff at the front desk was helpful with directions, and the lobby area had comfortable seating. the breakfast buffet included a variety of pastries and fresh fruit. my room had a mini-fridge, very convenient for storing drinks. it was very useful, and i enjoyed it.

I found the staff pleasant. Jackie did a very good job of cleaning my room. The price seemed fair and it was not far from the business area (convenient for my meetings).
The noise from the clubs kept me awake at night. I think it is not a good place for families. The front desk lady was not very helpful (a bit arrogant).

I appreciated the staff at the front desk. Aditi greeted me warmly with a smile and spoke clear English, made check-in simple. Gautam and Soe were also very helpful and professional. Jenefer from Housekeeping was a pleasure to deal with.
The hotel should consider providing free parking for hotel guests and not just for the nightclub clients. It is very expensive to park in the area, especially on the road. This would improve the guest experience significantly.
