The room i booked, the twin room, felt so spacious and lovely. the staff was also friendly. i especially loved the views. They were fine from my room. but the cleaning lady did not replace the towels. and the bed sheets seemed old.

the music at night was loud. the noise came from the parties at the hotel. i found this disturbing. the bathroom had a leak. the hotel did not fix the issue even after i reported it.

The location is near the metro station, a definite plus. i also found the room service to be very prompt. My requests were handled quickly. the staff upgraded my room to a suite, that was very nice of them!
