helpful staff quiet room omelets station wide variety uncomfortable pillows carpet stains missing shower cap

i was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff at reception.. they quickly sorted my request for a quiet room. the breakfast had a wide variety, and i loved the omelets station. chef aung's omelets were indeed a morning highlight, and he remembered my preferences each day. i really liked that i could customize my omelet.

the pillows were not very fluffy, i found them a little uncomfortable. i also noticed several stains on the carpet in my room.. it definitely needs replacing. the bathroom lacked a shower cap, which i always appreciate having. i missed not having one.

some issues noted during stay

staff inefficiency dirty room

checking in took a very long time i don't understand the staff inefficiency at the reception. i arrived to a dirty room it had a large brown spot on the carpet near the bathroom. when i told the reception person he made a rude phonecall to housekeeping right in front of me i found it very unprofessional.
