mixed feelings about my stay

the room was too warm. i called for help but the air conditioning wasn't properly fixed even after several visits from maintenance. this was not ideal and detracted from my overall experience. it was hard to relax or sleep well because of the sounds.

wide bed good ventilation

the room was seriously large and comfortable especially the beds were wide and comfortable. the ventilation in the room was very good it did not bother anyone. the room was very clean every day. the whole team was very friendly.

the gym includes several treadmills and weights. there are also stationary bikes available for cardio. guests will find multiple machines catering to different workout styles. the area is well kept and spacious enough for several people.

the fruit basket was a nice touch (i liked the apples). the breakfast buffet provided a wide selection of food. i especially liked the pastries. the staff at the reception were helpful and professional.

fantastic stay!

plentiful breakfast lovely seating

shaheen, from the housekeeping team, kept my room immaculate, which i really appreciated. breakfast was plentiful with a great variety and the staff was very attentive. there was also a lovely seating area on the ground floor where i could sit and work on my laptop.

i found that the bathroom had a design flaw. the shower was built inside the room and the drain kept getting clogged. the water would seep onto the room and damaged some of my new clothes in shopping bags.

attentive service immaculate room varied breakfast

The housekeeping was consistently thorough. Shaheen did an excellent job keeping the room immaculate. breakfast offered great variety, and the staff were very attentive throughout service. i also found the ground floor seating area convenient for laptop work during my business trip.

Sound insulation was not ideal. I could hear noise from the road nearby, a slight disturbance
