The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the metro. I found many restaurants and supermarkets close by. The swimming pool was very clean and quiet. It had a BEAUTIFUL view of the airport. The restaurant staff was friendly.

The shampoo bottle in my room was broken, and the body wash was empty. I also noticed a lack of hygiene items, such as cotton buds.

The hotel is near various small shops where guests can buy souvenirs at good prices. The hotel is near a supermarket open 24 hours a day. That's very useful. Guests can also easily exchange money nearby.

The front office staff, like Patrick, assisted guests quickly, especially when rooms were not ready. He always checked on customer comfort. I noticed restaurant staff, like Ms Saditha, were smiling and eager to help customers in the restaurant.

i found the staff very helpful. pritam was always smiling. paras at the reception was also helpful. esther was lovely. the room service was always on time. i spent a few nights and i enjoyed my stay and loved all the staff on duty.

the rooms could have been a bit more clean. dirt was present under the chair and behind the doors. housekeeping should concentrate on cleaning these areas on a regular basis.

The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. I found the breakfast to be GREAT. The hotel provided a shuttle to both the mall and the beach, which I used . The rooftop pool was nice and clean. It offered a view of the airport.

The blanket provided was quite thick. Even with the temperature set to the lowest setting, I still felt uncomfortably warm during the night.

the staffs was amazing and helpful with everything i need. i got a clean room every night. the food was very nice and the waiters were even better. there are markets and a street nearby with shops and it feels like a safe area.

the breakfast could be better. i stayed for several days and there wasn't enough variety with breakfast, especially with the fruit options. there were no yoghurts and the tea in the thermos was warm, not hot.
