the facilities were amazing and maintained to the highest standards. every detail was flawlessly executed, from the beautifully appointed beautiful king room burj khalifa view (i especially loved it!) to the excellent service across all outlets. the staff in the reception, housekeeping, in-room dining, and pool was excellent and consistent in service. i must also commend the gracious hospitality demonstrated, especially their efficiency and personalized care, which elevated our stay.

The gym had restrictions, kids were not allowed. the room was not very spacious for a family. I found it a bit cramped. also, the room service was average.

the hotel has a central location. financial center metro station is next to the hotel. the city's largest shopping mall is within walking distance. breakfast includes both local and international cuisines.

i arrived early in the morning after a night flight. my room wasn't ready. i was pressured to take a more expensive room. the hotel charged me twice.
