The breakfast had a really huge selection. there was a free shuttle to the beach and shopping. It was so handy. i thought the location was so convenient because it was right beside the gold souk metro. the onsite exercise room was a definite bonus. two restaurants!

the room was quite small. also, the service seemed a little slow. it took 45 minutes for my bags to get to my room. i found that delay a bit frustrating. i also didn't get the requested early morning wake-up call.

The train station is easily accessible on the ground floor. This helped a lot. The hotel also provides free shuttle buses to popular locations such as the shopping center and the beach.

The valet parking service can sometimes involve a short wait for the car.

the metro station being close was convenient.

i found requesting a spoon led to an extra charge i thought that was a bit much. also, the breakfast catered more to other tastes and less to mine. the processed frankfurter i was given instead of a real sausage just didn't cut it.
