used plates faulty sink
The room cleaning was not up to standard. I found used plates were left behind. the sink had a fault and did not work correctly. i noticed stains on the couch. furthermore, when i requested coffee, i only received the coffee itself with neither creamer nor sugar included.

Fantastic Hotel with Amazing Staff!!!

This hotel provided a amazing experience. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I was welcomed early to. I almost forgot some valuables until Mr Sadique kindly alerted my Mom to check the safe. It was a great help!!!
The room had a slightly unpleasant odor coming from the AC. the pillowcases and bedding had a few stains.

The restaurant offers a variety of dishes from different cuisines. I saw that breakfast included both continental and local options. The dining area is well-kept and the staff ensures prompt service. There were several high chairs available for families.

The reception staff were very responsive. They addressed all my questions and requests efficiently. The housekeeping service was also good. They ensured the room was very clean. The bell service was prompt and polite.

My Standard King Room included a king-sized bed and a seating area with a sofa. The bathroom featured two separate sinks and a shower with good water pressure. The air conditioning system worked effectively and quietly.
