the location was pretty good it was easy to get a taxi from the hotel

the staff was disappointing most were rude and not helpful i asked for salt and i was passed around between reception and room service eventually they said they would not send any some facilities were listed as available but were not unless requested for example slippers and an electric kettle had to be requested

the staff replaced anything used up in general. when they missed something i just called stanley and he took care of it. the hotel restaurant was also great a good choice within minutes.

the bedrooms were not very clean. the beddings were really dirty and i had to ask for additional beddings. the person who set it up knew they were dirty but still used the sheets anyway the washing machine smelt awful it isn't regularly maintained.

the staff really impressed ME. when my father misplaced his watch, the staff went the extra mile. they found it, definitely unexpected.

the bedrooms needed MORE attention. the beddings was obviously dirty. the person setting up additional beddings knew it, but still used the sheets anyway.
