underwhelming stay, some issues noted

helpful staffoutdated designbroken power sockets
the staff seemed helpful and accommodating during my short stay.
i was disappointed to find the room design outdated and odd. the tv was positioned to the side of the bed, and only one chair faced it. also, power sockets at the desk weren't working properly, quite inconvenient.

the room was spacious. it was what i expected.
the staff at reception were not friendly. they did not seem to care about my requests. i asked to be moved to a room with a better view, but they were not accommodating. i would not stay here again because of this terrible service and general lack of care.

Solid Stay with Minor Issues

The staff always helped me. Messages was each night. The breakfast had a great location outside. Kenneth and Sanjaya provided very professional service. The hotel is in a quiet area and close to the mall. I appreciate the hotel's cleanliness. I also noticed small surprises in the room.
The pool is in shade all afternoon , made swimming less enjoyable. This affected my experience a little.
