safe driving helpful security awesome housekeeping
the valet driver, azhar, drove very safely. the security officers sumir, sanju, sathik, and wahab were very helpful. prabin, sunil, and himal from housekeeping were awesome.
the flat screen television did not allow laptop or mobile phone connection.

ample choice rooftop pool
The breakfast had ample choice. The gym was well-equipped. smoothies were especially excellent. the rooftop pool was relaxing after work. It gave me a good place to unwind. the short walk to le mer beach was also a plus, i found it convenient.
the tv could not connect to my laptop via hdmi. engineering attempted to fix it three times, but they were unsuccessful. i found this disappointing.

dirty cupboard compromised privacy
the breakfast team was attentive and the food tasted great.
the bathroom had drapes on the external view! they would not close properly and the cupboard drawers were very dirty. it was frustrating since privacy was compromised and cleanliness is a basic expectation. i found this quite disappointing and it affected my overall comfort.

solid stay
friendly staff great location helpful staff
the staff was friendly. i seemed like home. the location is great. the staff did their best to help me when i lost my phone in the taxi, with special thanks to herman santoso, sanju, sumir, the security manager, and shikhar.
the flat screen tv could not connect to my laptop through hdmi, so the tv was useless. i phoned reception to address this, and engineering came three times but could not fix it. i had to leave it alone.

the ginger restaurant had very nice food. the prices were amazing. the saturday brunch impressed us all with the entertainment and energy created by all staff.

the room was very clean thanks to housekeeping. i found the air conditioning to be efficient, maintaining a consistent and comfortable temperature throughout my stay, which enhanced my relaxation. the layout was also practical.

The staff were always ready to help. leilani is a credit to the hotel. She engages with everyone and is always so friendly and lovely. i will visit again.
