the location was definitely a highlight. it was a short walk to the mall. there were also markets close by, a great convenience. the staff was quite helpful to me .
the bed was not comfortable to me. i also noticed the pool opening hours listed were inaccurate, a small disappointment.

The location was ideal. I appreciated the easy access to the shopping area. The staff was always available and provided support with a smile. Housekeeping was immaculate and responsive to requests. The Burj Khalifa view from my balcony was magnificent (a romantic sight!).

The room was spacious with a comfortable king bed. a kitchenette allowed for simple meal preparation. It included a microwave and refrigerator. the private balcony gave me a pleasant space.. i enjoyed it each evening. i also used the gym. It featured treadmills and weight machines.
this often led to longer wait times when going to and from my room.

the outdoor pool had ample space with several lounge chairs. the hotel includes a well-equipped fitness center, open daily from 6 am to 10 pm. there is also a business center with computers and printers available for guest use.

a perfect haven

The hotel was like a dream come true, so close to everything. i adored how quickly the staff responded. Their care really shone through. our room was upgraded, a lovely suprise, and all i can say is it was super clean and smelled fresh.
It was a minor hiccup in an otherwise good stay.

the hotel provides a well equipped gym with several treadmills and stationary bikes. i saw a large, clean pool with comfy loungers and a shaded area.

the location proved convenient. it allowed close access to desired destinations. a great breakfast was included too. it offered many choices.
the room possessed an unpleasant smell. the bed sheets, bathrooms, and refrigerator also emitted a very bad odor. these factors created a less than satisfactory experience.
