the front office team are amazing, particularly shehroz, mahmoud, gulzar and gawain. they seemed always ready to help. i also appreciate the location. many shops and the metro are close.

the hotel entrance and exit are bothersome. the lobby often gets crowded with guests.

the reception team was very helpful. gulzar, hammad, and abdul were great. the location was really convenient and i found everything easily accessible.

i found a small cockroach on the plate with the teas and cups! some spots were on the couch, though the bed sheet was not changed one day when the room was cleaned. we had to ask them to change it.
