The hotel's location is convenient. It's close to a metro station and a mall with very good prices. I found the staff to be very helpful. Neha sweetly handled my needs. The bathroom was lovely. I ESPECIALLY enjoyed the bathtub.
The hotel lobby had an unusual smell.

The staff always checked if i needed anything, which i found attentive. a vanity kit was provided. It was useful. the room felt very spacious. I liked that.
The water in the washroom was blocked, so that was not convenient. my room was at the corner of the hotel with no access. It felt isolated. i didn't like that. the experience was not good.
