the room on the 7th floor offered partial views of the river. the housekeeping team consistently provided amazing service. the spa features treatments, steam, and a light therapy shower. i found the staff particularly kind and attentive, including praveen and jaison.

i found the check-in process very efficient. i was promptly assisted and given clear directions. the staff also provided information about the hotel facilities and nearby attractions. i also appreciated the complimentary lagoon access, it was very refreshing.

khushboo at the front desk offered really good service. she was so cute and helpful. her friendly demeanor and efficiency really stood out. i think she is a valuable asset to the team!
the air conditioner was a little warm, but the team quickly sorted it.
