Oasis of Calm and Really good Service

Ahmed and Ashraf provided really good hospitality. Their attentive service, they were always smiling. Ahmed's recommendations were helpful. The kindness of the staff made us want to return to this beautiful resort.

I noticed some minor wear in the furniture. It could use some updates.

The gym contains treadmills, stationary bikes, and weight machines. Everything I needed for my workouts. Several pools exist, each with many loungers and shaded areas. The beach area has clean sand and clear water.

The room included a separate seating area. Two separate sinks are in the bathroom. A rainfall shower was installed, and it was a treat after a day in the sun.

The breakfast buffet has many options. I enjoyed fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. Several restaurants on-site provide diverse cuisines for lunch and dinner, that was amazing!

The hotel is close to many attractions. I easily visited local markets and cultural sites. Taxis were readily available from the hotel entrance, so convenient for exploring the city.

private beach extensive selection

The gardens were lovely, and i liked the private beach access. Breakfast was also a highlight. It offered an extensive selection of fresh juices. I found the gym well-equipped, so i did my workouts every morning. The staff felt always attentive. They helped a lot .

Excellent Stay Near Deira

valet parking good rooms

This was my fourth visit. The location is near Deira. The resort provides valet parking and the staff were very helpful. Mr Jalil from reception was especially accommodating, offering good rooms and quick check-in.. Wifi speed was also very good, allowing my son to play PS5 without disconnection.

cheap showerhead insufficient hot water

the staff was friendly, acceptable.

The showerhead seemed cheap. hot water was insufficient. The second person to shower got only cold water. the soap dispenser in the shower was empty. These issues impacted my stay.
