diverse breakfast attentive staff convenient location
The breakfast was AMAZING!!! it was very diverse and changed frequently of several nights. luciano was attentive. He often asked guests if they needed anything and promptly fulfilled requests like delicious pancakes. the location was very convenient. It was only a short walk to the metro and a quick taxi ride to the airport.
the gym was a bit crowded during peak hours.

Excellent Hotel Stay
amazing room friendly staff late checkout
I found the room amazing. The staff was friendly, especially Ussama and Hisham. I also appreciated that they allowed me a late check out. This was convenient for my travel schedule. The breakfast was very good, and I especially liked the shower. The mattress was comfortable as well.
The pool area closed early each day at 4 pm to prepare for a private event. This limited the time available to use the pool facilities. It inconvenienced me.

surprisingly positive experience
clean room decorative touches shuttle service
the room cleaning service impressed me. jeevan kept the room super clean and even added decorative touches each evening. it really helped me relax after work. i also liked the free shuttle service to dubai mall, it was very convenient.

close metro station rooftop pool area
I found the metro station very close, helpful since walking around much during the day isn't really possible in the heat. the rooftop pool area is nice. It is small, but it works.
