i stayed for a few nights and found the staff to be great, especially in the restaurant. the hotel's direct connection to the mall is very convenient. breakfast was good and offered quite a bit of variety (i especially liked the fresh fruit selection).
i found the room to be quite small and not very comfortable. the hotel was very busy, feel crowded at times.

The bathtub felt unsafe. Its height made getting out risky. i think it should be removed, as it seems quite outdated! a shower would definitely be better.. also, i am not sure i did order something, but we were given it anyway.

I found the staff to be helpful. They assisted with an early check-in, which I appreciated. The hotel connects directly to a mall (i did some shopping there).
The hotel offered limited in-house entertainment options. I found that taxis to various attractions added up. There were no organized excursions available (i wish there was one).

I found the breakfast excellent. there were many options to choose from, and the food tasted good. the access to the mall was fantastic. It made shopping very easy.
the hotel offered little in-house entertainment, disappointing. the location meant i had to spend much on taxis to get to attractions.
