really good service made my stay nice
excellent servicewarm attitudehappy hour
the service was very responsive from the time i arrived. one of the highlights was the breakfast. the staff was cute, especially jeddelyn and eiei. their warm attitude made mornings better.
i didnt have a normal experience. i would come back but it was a shame. i came down before happy hour ended. i was never told once about the happy hour. i ended up paying double.

the staffs were very friendly and cooperative. mona and all the staffs was always smiling. the reception staffs was flexible. they provided quick assistance and solved issues promptly.

the location was secluded and quiet. the hotel provides access to a nice beach. it is in an ideal location to explore nearby attractions. it is also easy to get to the airport.

the breakfast wasn't great. breakfast options were very limited. i thought the coffee was not good quality. the room was also freezing cold! we were shivering and i found this quite disappointing.

The swimming pool was too small for a hotel of this supposed caliber. I found it consistently overcrowded each morning before 9:00. My room had a sea view, however, I mostly saw the road and other buildings of poor design. The prices are now significantly higher than they were two years prior. I am not sure why.
