the breakfast buffet lacked variety. it seemed the same every morning (i really got tired of the eggs). response time for requests was also slow. i had to wait a while for towels after asking the front desk. security staff were attentive at least.

all staff members were very helpful, i appreciate their effort. the sky premium room was clean. i really enjoyed my time here.

i did pay for a sky garden view, but i was upgraded to a room that faced the main road. this room was noisy because of cars. the speeding cars made it difficult to sleep.

the breakfast was alright (it had the essentials).

The room i booked, a sky classic room, had some issues. the safe wasn't working, and i had to call maintenance twice to get it fixed. also, the promised city view was mostly obstructed by another building. It was a bit disappointing considering i was looking forward to it.

The room was clean. the room size was great and had an really good look. the staff were wonderful and very accommodating. They were available to help whenever i needed.

The staff was quick with their responses. they were also very helpful. douglas and cherry. We appreciate them! the hotel is also near shopping facilities. This made it very accessible.

the room cleaning was not good, the room was not cleaned until we complained! i had to keep requesting the room to be cleaned. i asked for an iron for three days and they did not bring it until we left.

the staff at the reception was really helpful. i also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the spicy restaurant. the standard room was comfortable with a nice garden view. the bathroom had a rainfall shower (i really liked it).

the mattress felt soft to me. i prefer firmer mattresses.
