slippery marble floors safety hazard

the breakfast was acceptable.

The marble floors became dangerously slippery after mopping, posing a safety hazard. My elderly father slipped, luckily avoiding serious injury. this cleaning method needs review to prevent future incidents.

spacious apartment wonderful view hotel facility missing slipper cold ac closed pool

the apartment was spacious. it had wonderful views. we had access to the hotel. we enjoyed all the facilities. restaurants are available. day spa is also accessible.

the ac wasn't cold. the room wasn't prepared with tooth paste. slippers were missing too. the children swim pool closed. a children club didn't exist even for a family hotel.

the apartment was roomy and well appointed. i especially loved having two and a half bedrooms plus a proper laundry. any arising issues were dealt with promptly, i was so happy.

there were hidden costs i did not appreciate. i have not received receipts for both accommodation and dinner.

The apartment was spacious, offering ample room for our entire family! i loved the access to the hotel's amenities. It. breakfast at andiamo restaurant was a daily highlight. Dina and her team ensured we had everything we needed!

i found that some of the furniture felt a little dated. i think a refresh would elevate the overall experience.

fantastic apartment stay!

lavish breakfast friendly staff

breakfast was an absolute delight! i indulged in delicacies from around the world. the staff members were friendly. they answered any question i had. the location is perfect because it is near a metro station and highways. i could go anywhere quickly by taxi.

the apartment furniture seemed quite old. i think it needs some refurbishment. some facilities did not work like telephones. the beds were not comfortable.

Good stay, some drawbacks

Our Four-Bedroom Apartment was very big. It was nice we got five toilets and four shower rooms for our group. We booked a two-bedroom unit first, but they upgraded us, so it was nice.

The AC do not work very well. Also the room need some things like tooth paste. The children swim pool was shut down and no kids club even if family stay there.
