The staff was very polite. The room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The Burjuman metro station is only 5 minutes from the hotel. I enjoyed the hyper market Lulu across from the hotel.
The gym was a little busy.

Sanjay provided a lovely welcome and was attentive to my comfort.. He. Mahmoud, Ganga, Frank, and Neha deserve recognition for their excellent service. I especially valued the staff's willingness to help with any request.
The dental kit was missing in my room, and I had to call reception several times to get one.

The hotel is conveniently close to the metro and the airport, a great asset for travelers. There are also nice bars and restaurants with good quality, well-priced food, all available on the premises, it is really convenient.

The room was super clean. The gym had three treadmills and also two stationary bikes.
The water temperature was lukewarm in the bathroom. The hot water did not arrive even after waiting half an hour.

The staff were kind. Huraira, Hana, and Neha provided a warm welcome and attentiveness throughout my visit. I appreciated their help with check-in. They even offered local recommendations. The front desk staff demonstrated real dedication to guest satisfaction. Their friendly nature.
The bathtub was in poor condition, with some visible wear, making it less appealing than i hoped.

The breakfast offered a good variety of Indian and continental options. I especially enjoyed the masala tea. The buffet had fresh fruit, yogurt, warm dishes, and pastries. There were plenty of choices to start the day.

I was kinda surprised with an upgrade to an executive suite. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing an AMAZING place to unwind. The bed and pillows were very comfortable ensuring a restful sleep.

the location is ideal! the metro and a mall were only a 3-minute walk away. a large supermarket was also conveniently located across from the premises. the pool was big and quiet.
the staff seemed slow to respond to issues, though just one or two people. i had to call the reception multiple times for a simple item. the iron they gave me was old, it didn't work properly.

The staff, especially huraira and franz, really stood out. They were always smiling and ready to help. the location is great. I walked easily to al seef, the metro, and various shops. the room was big and clean, which i appreciated after long days.
the water provision was quite limited, only two small bottles per day.

The breakfast buffet included fresh fruit, yogurt, and pastries. a variety of hot dishes. It certainly had options that catered to different tastes. each meal in the dining area costs around 35 aed per person. the offering was extensive and flavorful!
