the location proved quite convenient. i appreciated the proximity to various attractions.. especially with easy access to transportation. housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining the suite's cleanliness throughout my stay.

The furniture looked quite dated. i noticed the television was a smaller, older model, not really matching the room's size. i found a slight musty odor in the room. It was a bit off-putting.

i loved the hotel staff were really professional, especially prerana at reception. she upgraded us to a room with a sheikh zayed road view, i really liked that she listened when i talked about my concerns. shafik from the bell staff was very nice too and so helpful with our luggage.

the breakfast area was a bit crowded, i had to wait longer to get a table.

the hotel has a very nice location and it faces the museum of the future, super cool. iconic emirates towers are nearby too, they looked amazing at night with all the lights.

the hotel staff are very accommodating and they listen to your concerns, which i thought was important. i think the bell staff are also helpful, they offered assistance with our bags when we arrived and departed.
