The hotel generously provided an upgrade to a panoramic suite. The breakfast included fresh options with hot coffee and tea. Daily cleaning was thorough and efficient and available 24/7. Staff helped us promptly with our requests. I found their friendliness cute.
Room service seemed slow . The room service team could do a better job checking door tags.

The hotel is near the metro station, about a two-minute walk. The location is very close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The Museum of the Future is equally close, providing convenient access to key attractions.

I was upgraded to a Panoramic Suite upon arrival, a fantastic surprise! The suite offered ample space and great comfort for the duration of my stay. Daily cleaning services kept everything tidy, and the room service menu had many options (I especially enjoyed the local dishes). The views from the suite were fine.
I found that some of the kitchenware was missing and it took some time to get it all supplied.

The staff provided attentive service at all times, with quick responses to requests and helpful assistance with directions. Staff addressed me by name, nice. Check-in was efficient, with a clear explanation of the hotel amenities and services.

The hotel is conveniently located within a short walk to the Financial Center. It is only two metro stops from the exhibition center, and close to the metro station providing access to the city.
