the location was adequate i suppose.
The staff acted like i was bothering them asking for towels, which i did. also, my room wasn't so clean. There were mysterious stains on the carpet and a distinct smell of stale smoke lingered that my clothes absorbed. the broken ice machine on my floor also meant warm drinks only.

The hotel has a great location near the metro station. The room included a good breakfast for a busy day. The classic room was nice and big and had a work desk with a comfortable double bed. The toilet had a bath tub.
The hotel needs maintenance I could hear water running through the pipes when the toilet above flushed. The air conditioning was not working well. The air made the room very cold and uncomfortable because I could not adjust the temperature.

The room was clean. It had a nice arrangement. I found the location convenient. It gave me easy access to food, supermarkets, and shops. The cleaning staff was very good . Ahsan and Shahnawaz were very helpful.

The reception staff, Mibrak, Chanu, and Tanu, all provided excellent service. I would like to mention Moe, she really is excellent. She asked if I was happy with my room upon arrival. She helped arrange for a room change when I needed it.

The hotel is near the Baniyas metro train and subway station. The area around the station has many different shops to visit. Deira city centre shopping mall is only a 7 minute walk from here, great.

I THANK the Concierge Team for their excellent service. The location near the metro station was very suitable for my travels. The room upgrade was a great surprise and i appreciated it greatly, especially since it was without extra charge.

staff at the restaurant were very attentive. Tom, Sibin and Faris stood out for their really good service. Md Rasel also deserves recognition for his diligent work, he kept room 401 immaculate from December 23rd to December 29th.

the breakfast included good options. I enjoyed the bacon, scrambled eggs, toast and fresh fruit. There was a variety of choices like cereals, fruit juice, ham, and cheese available for all guests to enjoy during the breakfast service.

i was welcomed so warmly by the reception staff especially moe, mibrak, tanu, and chanu! they were so helpful and prompt in addressing my needs. masad ali from housekeeping did an excellent job in keeping everything super clean and tidy! i really felt valued as a guest!
It felt quite old. some of the furniture looked a little broken and rusted. the toilet had a slight odor too!
