The reception staff welcomed me with such warmth, like coming home after a long journey. i especially remember omar and salma, were really good to assist my family and me. Their kindness touched our hearts. i found a supermarket right in the building, so convenient for grabbing snacks and necessities! the apartment provided a spacious retreat, complete with three full bathrooms.
The gym had limited opening hours. It wasn't always accessible when i wanted a late-night workout.

the gym contained adequate equipment for a basic workout, including three treadmills and a selection of free weights. a hypermarket offered diverse grocery options, and a lively ice skating rink created a cheerful environment.

The apartment included three full bathrooms, and each one was supplied with basic toiletries. This ensured convenience for our whole family. a washing machine offered the ability to do laundry. A dryer was also available for use.

The hotel provided close access to the gold souk metro stop. It simplified city exploration. the hotel's immediate vicinity included a range of shops and restaurants, and this offered diverse dining and shopping choices. the location was perfect though the parking was expensive!

The kitchen had all necessary items including an oven and microwave. A washing machine and iron with ironing board were also available. A LARGE hall contained a sofa and dining table.
The parking situation WAS somewhat difficult.

The apartment was spacious and clean. The location was close to many places. The gym had adequate equipment and I enjoyed using it EVERY day. The open space including the pool was also nice.
The breakfast was BORING. It was the same dishes every day. The lights in the hotel were dim. The decor was not so good.
