The room featured lovely fountain views and also provided a glimpse of downtown (it was all so bright at night!). The location is amazing because the hotel connects directly to a mall, useful for quick errands (especially in the summer heat). The staff addressed me by name and recalled my preferences, resulting in a very personalized experience.
The hotel has an odd policy that prevents one person from entering the dinner buffet alone, it seems strange to have this rule.

Anise restaurant had a nice ambience and tasty food, with a broad range of options. Also there was excellent service from all the staff, they were helpful with recommendations.

The Club Lounge service was really good and some staff members were lovely, always ready to assist. Lucy, Calvin, and Rakan provided cheerful and excellent service each day (i felt very charmed).

I found the service at the pool to be poor. The staff seemed impolite. I asked for ice. The request was denied. The staff said they did not have enough cups.

I loved the room. It included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower! breakfast had a wide selection. The staff was attentive and helpful. the room cleaning was efficient and thorough. I thank rizwan for taking care of my room! the hotel's walkway to the mall was convenient for my business trip.

I found the room to be quite spacious and well-appointed. it featured all necessary amenities for a comfortable visit. i liked the creek view from the large windows.. the bathtub offered a similar view. the included breakfast had a great selection. The fresh and tasty options ranged from eggs benedict to waffles.
the noise levels from corporate events affected my sleep. the music often continued late into the night.
