the room was acceptably clean. it at least met basic expectations.

The noise was a real issue. the windows didn't seal properly. I could hear everything. it sounded like the street was right inside my room. i could barely sleep.

The location offered convenient access to nearby supermarkets.

The breakfast options were a major letdown. The selection seemed tailored predominantly to Indian cuisine, with very little else available. I had hoped for a broader, more international variety but instead found mostly Indian dishes with only bread as an alternative. The room also had issues. The carpets were visibly stained, and the bed felt itchy.

Really good Hospitality and Convenient Location

Mubin at the reception provided really good assistance. He kindly printed documents for me and upgraded my room (a pleasant surprise!). I extended my stay for five additional days thanks to his hospitality. The room was quite spacious, clean, and comfortable.

The hotel charges extra for vehicle parking in the basement. This seems a bit odd since I was a guest at the hotel.

the metro station was about five minutes away this made travel simple. there were many shops located nearby which was very convenient. the staff were friendly i especially appreciated the warm welcome upon my arrival. the room upgrade was unexpected it enhanced my stay.

the lobby had a noticeable odor.
