The apartment was quite spacious and well-equipped. The full kitchen was a definite plus, complete with washing amenities (very helpful for longer stays). The location was convenient, being near a metro station and supermarkets.

the staff were helpful with directions and information about local attractions. (i appreciated that).
the air conditioning in the bedroom was inadequate. it struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, and i found it difficult to sleep well because of it. i suggest they inspect and improve the cooling system in that area.

I found the provided facilities excellent. The room was tidy, and the size felt very generous. i especially cherished the proximity to downtown. It was very accessible. the respect for privacy was wonderful. I enjoyed my down time. the team offered fantastic service. I genuinely felt cared for.

The location is genuinely superb. It is a short distance to burj khalifa. business bay metro station is very close. It's just a few minutes away. two 24-hour grocery stores are conveniently up the block.

The breakfast was a highlight, it was AMAZING!!! the variety of dishes suited my preferences perfectly. i especially adored the service at breakfast. Sumithra and sudesh were very attentive. the whole kitchen team is really good.

i stayed in a sizable apartment, complete with a small kitchen and all the necessary utensils. the bed provided utmost comfort with soft sheets. a large bathroom including a toilet. another separate toilet, was a super convenience.

the breakfast was acceptable (nothing special, though).
The noise at night was awful. Street noise kept me awake. also, the kitchen was poorly equipped. i had to ask for a new kettle because the original one leaked badly (what a mess!).

I found the location very convenient. The metro station was just a short walk away. There were also two supermarkets nearby, open 24 hours. The apartment itself was large and well-equipped.

the location was fine for getting around. a supermarket nearby was convenient. that was acceptable. the staff at least existed.
The noise level was awful. Earplugs did little to help. the apartment was not clean upon arrival. the balcony had not been swept and there were crumbs on the surfaces.
