Wonderful stay with really good service!

The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. I especially appreciated the attentive and polite restaurant staff. Upon my early arrival, they promptly arranged for a comfortable check-in. They even added an extra bed for my daughter effortlessly.

The lobby constantly smelled like Tandoori chicken due to the open buffet. This was quite unpleasant when entering and leaving the hotel. I found it quite distracting!!!

The hotel had a modern feel and a convenient location.

The decor felt dated. The hotel was worn with gray tones. I observed cracked tiles in the bathroom and stained furniture. The common areas needed better cleaning, disappointing.

I really appreciated the friendly staff. Amalia, shehyar and mohamad were all very good. the hotel itself looked great too (it's always nice to see a well kept place!).

the air conditioning was very noisy and made it difficult to sleep. the hotel showed me several different rooms, they are just as noisy. there are things supposed to be in the room, like slippers, hair dryer, only one cup was provided.
