a decent stay

The air conditioning system worked very well. the room had a good amount of space. the balcony offered a view that i found to be good. a metro station was located right outside. That was useful.
The mattress was very uncomfortable. i found the wifi connectivity to be quite poor. i had issues with the bed frame. There was dirt on it.

helpful staff convenient location clean room
the reception staff, ranjani and others, were helpful. i found the location convenient, as it is opposite the baniyas metro. the rooms were clean and spacious and everything was easily available any time.

the staff were professional and friendly. ferzin and nirmala at reception provided good service. the housekeeping staff, including amal and karthik, kept the rooms clean and tidy with their attention to detail.

mr tulsi from the restaurant was helpful. the breakfast included regional options. there was a reasonable selection of food available, but it was not an expansive buffet.

the hotel is located across from the baniyas metro station. i found many markets and a metro station nearby. the lobby was nice and big, and there was no excessive noise.

convenient location clean room helpful assistance positive experience
the location near the metro was very convenient. the room was clean. zaim and ranjini offered helpful assistance. i also appreciated the service from zafran, salam, and hameed. the experience was positive overall. i would certainly consider a return visit. i found it easy to get around the city from there.
the room smelled slightly musty upon arrival.

The hotel's location provides easy access to the metro. It makes traveling to major attractions straightforward. dubai mall is within a reasonable distance. a nearby barber shop offers added convenience.

I found the staff quite attentive. They promptly addressed all my needs. i was pleased with the cleanliness, and it was very thorough . the accessibility to public transportation was a major plus, with a metro station right across the street.

The hotel includes a fitness center that features treadmills and elliptical machines. It also offers free weights. i saw the outdoor pool that had a good amount of seating . there were also accessible ramps at all entrances.

the breakfast buffet featured a decent selection of international and local dishes. i observed a variety of pastries, fruits, and hot items were available. seating was plentiful and the staff kept the area very tidy.

I found my superior king room to be spacious. It features a comfortable king bed. The bathroom had two sinks and a good shower. The staff members were very helpful .
