Really good Service and Great Location
attentive staff direct access water taxi
I found the staff quite attentive and helpful. They promptly addressed any requests I made. The hotel is directly connected to Festival City Mall, made shopping and dining very convenient. I easily accessed a water taxi near the hotel to visit other parts of the city. The view of the water from my room was a great treat.
I did notice that some areas in the hallway had a slight odor, possibly due to ongoing maintenance.

The breakfast buffet includes a wide variety of options, from fresh fruit to hot dishes, ensuring there is something for everyone. The food was AMAZING!!! There are multiple restaurants available within the hotel, providing diverse culinary experiences.

comfortable bed rainfall shower
the room was spacious (it seemed like a small apartment). it featured a comfortable king bed and a seating area with a sofa and a table. the bathroom had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i also appreciated the in-room coffee maker for early mornings.
the elevators were sometimes slow during peak hours.
