my stay included several positives. the room was spacious, and i appreciated the cleanliness. the reception staff were friendly, and their helpfulness made my arrival smooth. i liked the hotel's proximity to rigga road, a street with shops.

the hotel moved me to another room when i extended my stay. i would have preferred to keep the original room at the same rate.

the hotel location was excellent as it was between two metro stations. i found it easy to access different parts of the city. the availability of nearby shops and restaurants.

The reception service could be improved. I experienced a delay of forty minutes upon arrival. i had informed them of my arrival time for a faster check-in, but no apology was offered for the delay. it was a bit frustrating.
