Convenient Stay Close to the Metro

metro station friendly staff modern room

The hotel is near the metro station. This made it easy to explore the city. The room was clean and modern. I also found the staff helpful and friendly.

Amenities and toiletries were available upon request only. They were not present in the room upon arrival.

quick reception effective curtains

the reception team works quickly. my room was ready in just a few minutes. i liked the powerful air conditioning. also the blackout curtains are effective. they block light. i also found the location very useful. the metro station is close.

mixed feelings about this stay

the location was convenient, close to the metro, so getting around wasn't a big issue.

I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail regarding cleanliness. I found a few hairs in the bathroom, and the coffee mugs weren't properly cleaned. it was difficult.

the breakfast lacked variety I found that items were not replenished quickly. also, the coffee machine had issues one morning and no one seemed to address it. the wifi by the pool was unreliable it frequently disconnected.
