A Charming Experience!

Naseer was helpful on my last day. The rooms had daily cleaning and were comfortable. I found the location provided easy access to tourist areas.
I found that some staff were rude with condescending demeanour.

The hotel boasts convenient proximity to many tourist hotspots. Easy access allowed quick trips. Commuting to and from the city center was straightforward. It certainly enhanced my sightseeing convenience. The hotel offered streamlined travel logistics with quick routes.

Breakfasts featured a wide array of choices. Both European and local dishes were available. The hotel offered daily replenishment of bottled water. This water could then be stored in the refrigerator. The blackout curtains are of high quality.

The rooms featured effective air conditioning. It was quite easy to control. An ironing board and iron were available in the wardrobe. A kettle set was in the room. Tea and Nescafe refills happened regularly.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. They resolved issues promptly. Housekeeping was amazing!!! The rooms were well kept. The cleaning staff (Shaymalie) did a great job cleaning my room.

The staff was helpful and friendly. umair helped me a lot, always making sure everything was perfect for me. the service. the breakfast had a great selection too. I found something i liked every morning.
the balcony glass looked like it had not been cleaned for a very long time. i had to ask to switch rooms. the replacement room had a better view, but the balcony glass was still dirty. the showerhead had very low water pressure, so i could only use the rain-style shower.

the taxi ride from the airport was a quick ten minutes. i really liked the firm mattress (i slept so well!). the staff were helpful and friendly. breakfast was delicious and there was a great gym.

the hotel is close to supermarkets and food places open 24 hours. it is near a metro station also, which makes travel around the city really easy. public transport is very accessible.

The soundproofing was substandard. I could clearly hear traffic noise from the road! i also noticed a connecting door to an adjacent room. this design flaw allowed noise from the neighbors to penetrate. this arrangement is unsuitable if the rooms are rented separately. the hotel only offered apologies, insufficient.
