a satisfactory visit
spacious room helpful staff unclean bathroom simple lobby
the room was spacious (i stayed in a king room). the bed was really comfortable and i slept well. i also found the front desk staff helpful when i needed directions. they were quick to assist me.
the bathroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned under the sink. i also thought the lobby felt very simple and not very inviting. the pictures online made it seem cozier than it actually was.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They quickly addressed my requests. The location was convenient, providing easy access to nearby attractions. Snacks and water were included in the room.
My room was quite loud. Street noise disrupted my sleep. I was not informed about the deposit and urban fee in advance. The bathroom cleanliness under the sink was not great.

the hotel had complimentary snacks in the room. lemonade was available at the front desk, so i felt grateful. a candy bar was located near the elevator, which pleased me.
i was not informed in advance about the requirement to leave a usd 200 deposit. also i did not know about the additional "urban fee" of usd 46. i felt a lack of transparency.
