The Harborside Inn has 200 uniquely styled guest rooms. Choose one of Atrium or Cabin rooms. Each room has comforts such as premium bedding and air conditioning, plus free WiFi and a safe. Rooms include custom-made teak furniture, original artwork, a custom stone table, and two comfortable chairs. Designer bathrooms feature showers and deluxe bath amenities. Room amenities include a surround sound stereo system, a Vintage DVD/VHS player, and HD TVs with digital cable and HBO. Select rooms have views of the Boston cityscape or the hotel's interior skylit atrium. King Cabin rooms are located on the lower level and do not have windows.

The Harborside Inn features an onsite Starbucks and a hip cocktail lounge. A lobby lounge offers coffee and drinks. Guests will find Boston's finest restaurants right outside the front door.

The lack of coffee in the room was a definite downside for me.. i really don't want to have to get dressed and go downstairs for a mediocre and overpriced cup. also, the room felt a bit dated. The decor could use an update to justify the price point..

Location was good. It was easy to walk to many attractions from the hotel. The staff agreed to keep my luggage safe after checkout, a great help for my sightseeing.

no coffee maker was in our room. a 24-hour convenience store had surprisingly good coffee nearby. the hotel location made north station walkable, and logan airport was a cab ride away.

The walls seemed thin. I could hear everything from people being drunk at night to someone overjoyed in the morning.

The subway was just outside the door, made getting around simple! The staff were very friendly. They always greeted me. I secured an extra blanket promptly upon request. The location is near the harbor and the hop-on-hop-off bus.

The hotel provided a parking voucher, but I discovered it was not working.

The location near the subway was fine. It was easy to get around.

The room i got, a king cabin room no windows, was pretty depressing. It seemed like a box. also, the noise was a problem. I could clearly hear noise coming from another room. the walls felt pretty thin and i wasn't able to relax as a result.

I found the reception area fabulous, equipped with a bar, lounge area, on tap iced water, and a computer center. Friendly staff greeted everyone. My room had a gorgeous NYC loft vibe. The comfy bed and new bathroom were great. I chose not to have my room cleaned, yet it was super clean.

I booked a room, I was not told that there was a club next door. Loud, aggressive, and tacky dance music blasted until 2 am on weekends. I complained twice and won't be returning.
