great location private balcony friendly staff
the location was fantastic. i easily walked to many restaurants and attractions. my room had a balcony, allowing me to enjoy the fresh air. the staff were friendly and always ready to assist with directions and recommendations.
the upgraded wifi required an additional fee.

I found the staff consistently helpful. I appreciated the lobby, it provided beverages and comfortable seating. I was able to check in early, a definite plus. The location proved ideal with proximity to the theatre district, public transportation, and the commons.
I observed minor wear in some areas. Specifically, some chipped paint was visible, needing slight attention.

mini fridge microwave availability squat rack easy access
The room had a mini fridge and a microwave. I liked them. the gym included a squat rack and free weights. the parking garage provided easy access. I didn't have trouble checking in. the hotel actually smelled amazing! though the parking was expensive.
The balcony was not usable. A big air conditioning unit sat there. there was no opportunity to sit outside.

dirty floor slow room cleaning
The bathroom floor was not clean upon arrival. I had to clean it myself. also, room cleaning was slow. the room was not cleaned until late in the afternoon on some days. the parking fee was more expensive than i expected. It cost $47 per night and the hotel offered no discount.

firm bed ample lighting
i stayed in a superior room with a king bed the bed was very firm i appreciated the ample lighting there were several lamps in addition to overhead lights. the location near public transportation was useful for exploring the area the staff provided quick responses to requests.
the bathroom lacked counter space it was slightly inconvenient for storing toiletries.
