I must state I found issues with cleanliness. The carpet had a noticeable dirty patch. It required attention. The shower presented issues with water pressure. The water trickled out instead of flowing. This made washing properly difficult.

the staff was friendly and helpful! the breakfast had a really good variety of options, which i found very convenient. the room was clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable i have slept in.

the driveway into the hotel was a little difficult to navigate and could use better signage. i had to pay an extra fee for checking in early, which i didn't understand. the hallways looked a bit aged and could use some updating.

The breakfast service was quite convenient, and I liked the daily attention given to the room. Nearby Puritan restaurant proved a hit, with extensive dining choices. ALL the staff were helpful. From the front desk personnel to the dedicated housekeepers.

The room I had really lacked a proper window. Only facing an interior corridor. As a result, it felt quite gloomy and frankly unattractive. This affected the overall appeal OF the room.
