Decent Stay with Some Shortcomings
slow service limited variety
I stayed for several nights and found the room service to be lacking. Trays with leftover food remained in the hallway for three days.. It was not something I anticipated at a hotel of this supposed caliber. the breakfast buffet was repetitive. There was not much variety in the offerings, and the à la carte menu also changed very little .

adequate stay, some issues noticed
faulty air conditioning missing towels
the air conditioning in my beautiful room wasn't working properly the first night (i remember waking up drenched!). to be fair, they fixed it quickly after i told them. also, housekeeping forgot to leave new towels one day. i was expecting a bit more from this hotel.

overpriced buffet breakfast weak tea
the buffet breakfast costs $50 per person this price does not align with the quality offered i found it quite overpriced also the organic breakfast tea tasted weak and lacked flavour the staff should address this disparity between cost and quality and improve the tea offering i also noticed it took several minutes for hot water to reach the shower it was surprising to encounter this issue given the hotel's high standards

Excellent hotel, minor issue
helpful staff clean room comfortable bed
Zach at front desk helped. My room was really clean. The bed was a comfortable bed. I liked that I could walk to hall.
This was not announced before arrival. Plenty places were nearby though.

The hotel offers easy access to many city parts. I found that the seaport, Faneuil Hall, and the North End are nearby. The T gives an easy access to the Back Bay and Cambridge.

The gym includes equipment. It features a pool my kids enjoyed. The hotel is close to the Children's Museum. The Boston Tea Party Museum is also adjacent to the building.
