Rooms

The Lenox has 214 guest rooms and suites. The Classic Room has high ceilings and a pillow-top queen bed. The Superior King Room has a chic living space and a pillow top king bed and a work space. Rooms also feature in-room safe, flat screen TV, Italian marble bathroom and eco-friendly Beekman 1802 luxury bath amenities. Some rooms offer views of Back Bay. Guests can enjoy fires lit between 8AM and 11PM in rooms with wood-burning fireplaces which operate seasonally. The Judy Garland Suite, where the singer once lived, has stunning views of Back Bay and a vintage crystal chandelier. The Back Bay Suite features dramatic views of Back Bay and the Boston Marathon Finish Line, a wet bar, and a marble bath with flat-screen embedded mirror.

Dining Options

Sweeney's on Boylston offers Irish classics. The Irving, the hotel's cocktail bar, offers well-crafted cocktails. City Table provides a convivial brunch. All restaurants, including Sólás, City Table, and City Bar, offer both dining-in and in-room dining options. The culinary team uses the freshest ingredients for events.

excellent stay

the hotel location was excellent! though the parking was expensive. my room was large and the staff were excellent, very responsive. the staff were respectful as well, i noticed.
The rooms were dated and felt worn down. The bathroom especially. there was no mini bar. there was no in room coffee or tea either.

adequate but somewhat underwhelming stay

dim roomin-room facilities
the lack of adequate lighting was noticeable. the room felt dim, and it affected the overall ambiance. also, i found the absence of tea or coffee-making facilities in the room inconvenient. it would have been nice to have that amenity readily available.

convenient location with helpful staff

great comfortpolite staffperfume smell
the hotel is close to newbury street , so it was easy to go shopping. the room had plenty of space for my family , and the beds provided great comfort. staff members were polite and helpful on several occasions.
the rooms felt a bit worn , especially the bathroom. there was no mini bar or coffee in the room. the lobby was quite dark and had a strong perfume smell.
