the location was convenient.
the room felt smaller than expected, and the lack of natural light. the bathroom fixtures looked dated, and the shower pressure was weak. i found some hairs in the bathroom, it was not a pleasant discovery.

The staff was helpful with directions and local tips. i appreciated the complimentary coffee machine in the lobby. It was available 24 hours. the room was clean and well maintained. i liked the location it was easy to walk to many attractions.

I found Rayshawn helpful at the front desk. A FREE tea was a nice touch, and i am not even a tea drinker. The location IS convenient, with easy access to local attractions. I plan to book here for future conferences.
The room LACKED an in-room fridge, a feature I really missed.

The hotel is REALLY close to restaurants. It also offers simple access to Freedom Trail. The hotel location allows VERY simple walks around to visit many sites. A irish Pub is also next door to the facility.

the room felt outdated the bathroom fixtures was worn and the provided towels lacked softness i found the bed uncomfortable impairing restful sleep these issues detracted from the overall experience i expected.
