The staff at the front desk was helpful. I found the shower pressure to be strong and the temperature consistent. The hotel provided a welcome voucher for a complimentary drink at the bar..

I could clearly hear trash being picked up outside between 4 and 5 AM. Anything happening in the hallway, like doors slamming, was also audible. The valet service seemed disorganized. They initially brought the wrong car, and I waited over ten minutes to locate an attendant at times.

The hotel's location is amazing. I had easy access to many restaurants and attractions. The staff was very professional and friendly. My clean room was also very quiet. I also appreciated the well-lit bathroom.

The double bed was a bit too small for two people. The room could have used more chairs or a table for using a laptop.

The staff was super wonderful, always friendly and helpful. I had an early check in, smooth. The valet service was also professional and efficient. The location was great, very convenient to major attractions, I walked everywhere easily.
