The room featured electronic shades, what a cool touch. The beddings felt really nice! it was just next door to faneuil hall marketplace. the location was amazing!
the gym didn't have enough free weights, that's all! i wish there had been a bigger selection

The staff at the front desk was helpful. I found the shower pressure to be strong and the temperature consistent. The hotel provided a welcome voucher for a complimentary drink at the bar..
I could clearly hear trash being picked up outside between 4 and 5 AM. Anything happening in the hallway, like doors slamming, was also audible. The valet service seemed disorganized. They initially brought the wrong car, and I waited over ten minutes to locate an attendant at times.

The hotel's location is amazing. I had easy access to many restaurants and attractions. The staff was very professional and friendly. My clean room was also very quiet. I also appreciated the well-lit bathroom.
The double bed was a bit too small for two people. The room could have used more chairs or a table for using a laptop.

The hotel has elevators for easy access to all floors. These elevators provide smooth and quick transport, very convenient with luggage or mobility issues. The fitness center includes modern equipment and amenities.

Very nice Staff and Excellent Location!
helpful staff early check efficient valet great location
The staff was super wonderful, always friendly and helpful. I had an early check in, smooth. The valet service was also professional and efficient. The location was great, very convenient to major attractions, I walked everywhere easily.
The elevators were very slow, and one wasn't working, it took too long to get up and down.

My room was well setup and functional. I liked that it was clean. The King Room had adequate space for luggage, I had no issues moving around. The bed was very comfortable!
